This course is to be taken by individuals who DO NOT yet have a license in the state of Tennessee and are going to or already have applied for one with the TN massage licensure board.Ìý This class is done on zoom only and you must be able to use this format to attend the class.ÌýÌý

OPTIONAL:Ìý Ìý Please email Maj-Lis a copy of your massage school transcript so we may verify that it matches TN requirements. This does not have to be an official transcript, we are just trying to assist you prior to submitting to the TN massage board. This is NOT required to take this class.
The course will consist of familiarizing you with the laws and rules in Tennessee regarding massage therapy, assisting in the completion of all paperwork necessary to apply for your license, submitting a transcript of attendance in this class directly to the board for you and getting you on your way to being licensed in the state of Tennessee.
The Fee is $150.00 for your 5hr course and can be paid once you are registered, Maj-Lis will email you instructions on payment options.Ìý
