Course Description:
Ortho-Bionomy庐 Phase 4 is a foundational class covering the history and principles of Ortho-Bionomy庐聽and specific positioning techniques to stimulate natural self-correcting neuro-muscular reflexes for the spine and related structures. Releases for the psoas, ilium rotation, sacrum, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine; ribs, sternum, diaphragm, OL, piriformis, and coccyx will be demonstarted and practiced.聽 Ortho-Bionomy庐 is a registered trademark of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International, Inc. and is used with permission.
